Delivey Method and Timing

Jordans Interior Landscapes guarantees to ship all products ordered within a maximum of 10 days but normally within 7 working days of receipt of order. Shipment method is by our own transport or TNT unless otherwise specified and charged for.

If a product is not available for shipment within the stipulated 7 days Jordans Interior Landscapes will contact the customer and advise them of any delay offering them the option to cancel the order.
If any product is not available within 30 days of its original order date, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer's payment refunded to their credit card.

Returns Policy

We ask that upon receipt of shipment you carefully inspect all merchandise for damage
If you find that any portion of your purchase has been damaged in shipment:

Please notify us by email returns@jil.co.uk or telephone 0161 877 8374 within 24 hours of receipt. This is very important! We will begin the process to have the merchandise returned within 5 days of notification. Damaged Merchandise presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. See condition of returns below.

Condition of Returns

Please email us ( returns@jil.co.uk ) and let us know you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales number from the packing slip included with your order.

For undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in ORIGINAL RESTOCKABLE CONDITION. We reserve the right to apply up to our replacement cost of the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please Pack Properly!

For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage.

Credit

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your Credit Card will be credited appropriately and you will receive email confirmation of the transaction.
